1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 177det website accessible at https://177det.bio, including all sub-pages, services, games, and betting products available thereon.
• "Account" means the personal registered user account created by an individual on the Platform.
• "User", "You", "Your" means any person who accesses, browses, registers on, or places a wager through the Platform.
• "177det", "We", "Us", "Our" means the operator of the Platform.

3. Eligibility and Age Verification

The Platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of 177det or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may be restricted from withdrawals or suspended entirely until verification is complete.

4. Account Registration and Management

To place real-money wagers on the Platform, You must register a personal Account. When registering, You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false information — including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, or address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each person may hold only one registered Account. If 177det discovers that a person holds more than one Account, all duplicate Accounts will be closed immediately. Any balance held in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited at 177det's sole discretion, particularly where the duplicate Account was opened to circumvent a suspension, self-exclusion, or bonus restriction.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share your username or password with any third party. If You suspect unauthorised access to Your Account, You must notify our support team at [email protected] immediately. 177det will not compensate Users for losses arising from their own failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

177det accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to users in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Specific deposit limits may apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

All withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, and the registered name on that payment method must match the name on Your 177det Account exactly. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

177det aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Mobile wallet withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically completed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where a withdrawal triggers a compliance review.

177det reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal. This may include proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, or a source-of-funds declaration. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 177det offers promotional incentives to new and existing Users. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer. Where a general wagering requirement applies, Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real funds.

The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Only one active bonus may be held in an Account at any time.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering Bonus Funds are eligible for withdrawal, subject to wagering requirements being met.
• Bets placed on certain game types (for example, low-margin live casino bets) may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Attempting to use multiple Accounts, VPNs, or other technical means to claim a welcome bonus more than once will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.

7. Sports Betting Rules

177det's sportsbook covers cricket including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC bilateral series, as well as international football, kabaddi, hockey, and virtual sports. All bets are subject to the sporting rules applicable to the relevant event. The following general rules apply:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Changes to odds after bet confirmation do not affect the recorded odds for that wager.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, 177det reserves the right to void affected markets and return stakes to User Accounts.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. The Platform does not guarantee continuous in-play market availability for any specific fixture.
• Where a result is subject to an official sporting body review or appeal, 177det may defer settlement until the official result is confirmed.
• Manifest errors in odds — including but not limited to pricing errors caused by data feed failures — will result in the affected bets being voided, regardless of whether they have already been settled.

8. Casino and Live Casino Games

177det's casino and live casino products are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other certified providers. All games use certified random number generators or live physical equipment operated under studio controls. • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature — whether to gain an unfair advantage or otherwise. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown vulnerability will be voided.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to engage in any other financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions, account suspensions, or identity controls.
• Registering a new Account after receiving a permanent self-exclusion.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person who is subject to a self-exclusion order.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 177det Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, page layouts, text, software, and game assets — is the property of 177det or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written permission of 177det.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 177det shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial losses arising from interruptions to service, technical failures, or third-party provider outages.

177det's total aggregate liability to any User for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

177det collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, You consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in that document. We use industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and apply strict access controls to all stored personal information.

14. Amendments to These Terms
